Before a Member can unlock a supported Event, TDRC's authorized staff manually review a submitted government ID against that Member's profile photo and account name. This confirms TDRC completed its identity-review process — it is not a background check or criminal-history screening, and it does not guarantee identity.

You can block another Member at any time, globally or for a specific Event. Blocking is enforced by TDRC's servers, not just hidden in the interface, and prevents discovery, Match Requests, Match acceptance, and new messaging with that Member.

You can report concerning behavior, including no-shows, harassment, unsafe behavior, a suspected fake identity, scams, discrimination, or an inappropriate photo. Authorized staff review every Report; a Report alone does not automatically change anyone's reliability score.

Members build a reliability score over time based on reviewed, confirmed outcomes — not simply on being reported. Safety, medical, family-emergency, or Event-cancellation reasons for canceling a Match do not automatically count against a Member's reliability.

Messaging opens only after a Match is accepted, is limited to the two matched Members, and mandatory safety notices may appear in-conversation and cannot be turned off.
